Mr. Andy Chang Liu is the Company's founder and has served as a director of the Company since February 2013 and chief executive officer since its inception. Mr. Liu worked as principal of Shenyang New Oriental School and assistant vice president at Beijing New Oriental Education & Technology Group from May 2010 to May 2011, and prior to that, as principal of Changchun New Oriental School from March 2005 to May 2010, and as an English teacher from July 2003 to February 2005. Mr. Liu received his bachelor's degree and master's degree in chemical engineering and technology from Tianjin University in 2001 and 2004, respectively.

Ms. Na Ai has served as our director since December 2023 and our vice president of the human resources, or HR, department since April 2015. Prior to joining us, she served as the head of the HR department at Weibo (NASDAQ: WB and HKEX: 9898), a leading social media in China, from May 2012 to March 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Ai held multiple roles at Lenovo (HKEX: 992), a multinational technology company in China, including HR director and HR senior manager at the research and technology department from July 2008 to July 2011 and from July 2005 to July 2008, respectively. She also served as an operation manager and corporate development supervisor at Lenovo Research from June 2003 to July 2005 and from July 2001 to June 2003, respectively. Ms. Ai received her bachelor's degree in economics and hotel management from Beijing International Studies University in July 1999.

Mr. Gui Jia has served as our independent director since June 2025. Mr. Jia has over 14 years of experience in fintech and education industries. Since 2016, he has served as co-founder and chief operating officer of Hunan Niutoubang Technology Co., Ltd., a digital wealth management solutions provider. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Jia served as executive assistant to the chief executive officer of Credit Ease Wealth Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a wealth management firm headquartered in Beijing, China. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Jia held multiple managerial positions in education technology companies such as New Oriental Education and Technology Inc. (NYSE: EDU). Mr. Jia received his bachelor's degree in applied physics in 2007 and his master's degree in condensed matter physics in 2009, both from University of Science and Technology Beijing.

Mr. Bing Yuan has served as our independent director since December 2020. Mr. Yuan is a co-founder and the managing partner of Rockets Capital. Founded in 2022, Rockets Capital is a China-based private equity firm focused on venture and growth stage investments in Smart EV industry value chain, clean energy and frontier technology areas. Prior to co-founding Rockets Capital, Mr. Yuan served as the chief operating officer of Hony Capital, and a member of Hony Capital's executive committee, responsible for its equity investment operations. Mr. Yuan joined Hony Capital in April 2009 and has served as a managing director of private equity department since January 2010, and as head of private equity department since July 2012. Prior to joining Hony Capital, Mr. Yuan served as a managing director of the special situation group of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited from 2008 to 2009. Before that, Mr. Yuan served as a managing director of the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley Asia Limited from April 2004 to June 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Yuan served as a vice president with Credit Suisse First Boston in Hong Kong and New York from August 1998 to March 2004, focusing on corporate finance and merger & acquisitions transactions in the technology, media and telecom industry. During his investment banking time, Mr. Yuan assisted numerous prominent Chinese state-owned enterprises and private sector companies in completing their initial public offerings, corporate finance and merger & acquisition transactions. Mr. Yuan also worked as a financial analyst in project finance with Fieldstone Private Equity LLP in New York from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Yuan received his bachelor's degree in English from Nanjing University in July 1990 and received his master's degree in international relations in June 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree in June 1998 from Yale University.

Mr. Minghui Wu has served as our independent director since December 2021. Mr. Wu is founder, executive director, chairman, chief executive officer and chief technology officer of MiningLamp Technology Co. Ltd. (HKEX: 2718), or MiningLamp, a leading AI and data analytics company he founded in 2014 that helps organizations with AI-driven digital transformation. Mr. Wu is also a joint creator of the HAO AI theoretical framework. Mr. Wu has over 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and software engineering, and holds more than 130 patents in China and internationally. Mr. Wu received a bachelor's degree in fundamental mathematics and a master's degree in computer software and theory from Peking University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Electronic and Information Engineering at Peking University.
